It depends upon your definition of “accident.” In the literal sense, accident means a random event with no intention. There was intention behind this. In the creative use of language, an accident is anything bad that happens, with or without intention. I choose not to discuss the “truth” behind the event as conspiracy theories are everywhere and server no purpose when it comes to remembering the loss and tragedy of the event, and honoring those involved through tribute.
